Mid-century prints of a Degas pen & ink drawing, a nude woman brushing out her hair, likely after her bath. If you only know his dancers and ballerinas, then you don’t know the whole Degas. He had access to the dressing rooms of those Parisian dance halls, where he was able to capture scenes of women going about their business in various states of undress, This was groundbreaking, to paint a naked woman drying off and living life, and not a sanctified nude form doing nothing but being gazed upon.
This print on acrylic is vintage, in excellent condition. The frame is new and can be hung or displayed on a table. There is a set of three.
