Seiko has always had a knack for tapping into the aesthetics of the day. With this handsome lucite and brass mantle clock from the 1980s, they channeled both the Memphis Design movement of the era (look at that arrow of a pendulum!) as well as the resurgence of Deco styling--which came to be known as Neo Deco, and definitely defined the late 80s. This clock has a quartz movement, using a double A battery. It works well and is ready to look fabulous on your shelf.
